These Terms govern access to this marketing site and the DrayHub drayage service. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and authorized to act for the business using DrayHub. You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, and activity performed through your account.
2. The DrayHub service
DrayHub provides tools for drayage lane requests, carrier-rate review, carrier company context, work-order placement, and container tracking. Features may change as the service evolves, and availability may depend on third-party data or integrations.
AI-assisted features help organize information and support review. They do not replace the user’s responsibility to verify operational, commercial, and compliance decisions.
3. Rates, carrier information, and work orders
Carrier rates and CarrierOK company details are provided to support comparison. Users are responsible for reviewing the selected carrier, rate, scope, accessorials, timing, legal company information, and other terms before placing a work order.
A placed work order starts the booking workflow. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate agreement, DrayHub is not a party to the underlying transportation services performed between shippers, brokers, and carriers.
Container tracking information may be delayed, incomplete, or affected by carrier, terminal, port, device, or data-provider availability and should not be treated as a guaranteed delivery commitment.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or resell data without permission, impersonate another party, submit unlawful content, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
5. Your information and feedback
You retain ownership of information you submit. You authorize DrayHub to process that information as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. If you provide feedback, DrayHub may use it without restriction or compensation.
6. Third-party services
The service may use or link to third-party services, including carrier-information and container-tracking providers. Their data, availability, and terms are controlled by those providers. DrayHub is not responsible for independent third-party services beyond obligations expressly stated in a written agreement.
7. Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” DrayHub disclaims implied warranties that cannot be imposed under these Terms and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular carrier outcome, rate availability, or tracking accuracy.
To the extent permitted by law, DrayHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Any additional liability terms in a separately signed agreement will control where they conflict with this section.
8. Suspension, termination, and changes
Access may be suspended or terminated for material violations, security risks, nonpayment under an applicable agreement, or legal requirements. We may update these Terms and will identify the current version by the date shown above.
9. Contact us
Questions about these Terms can be submitted through the DrayHub contact page.
