We use information to respond to inquiries, provide and support the drayage workflow, display carrier rates and relevant company context, start bookings through placed work orders, provide container tracking, secure the service, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance.

Where AI assists the workflow, information may be processed to organize lane and quote details and make relevant information easier for authorized users to review.

3. How information is shared

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, support, and operate DrayHub. Information may also be exchanged with carriers, shippers, brokers, tracking providers, and carrier-information providers such as CarrierOK when needed to deliver the requested workflow.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell contact-form submissions.
